Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. 

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

Lost or Stolen Packages: VeloJerseys is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. If you believe your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

International Shipping: We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
